The Golfing Goat Farm is home to many kinds of critters.  Many are rescues who were no longer wanted and in need of a good home.

Our menagerie includes:

DOGS:  Two  retired racing greyhounds, three maltese, a Great Pyrneese guard dog, a poodle, and a chihuahua/minature dachhsund mix.

CATS:  Six of various sizes, shapes and breeds.

RABBITS:  Three rabbits (all the same sex....a blessing).

DUCKS: Wow!  Right now we have too many to count including Mallards, Peking, and American Black.

GUINEA:  Four Guinea fowl.

TURKEY:  Three Turkey....all have been granted amnesty, of course!

GEESE:  Two beautiful geese......naturally more amnesty!

CHICKENS:   Much like the ducks, we have more chickens than one cares to count. We eat the eggs but the chickens are another amensty case.

CALF:  Unwanted and abandoned at two days old.  Rescued him and gave him amnesty, although we named him Hamburgler.

TURTLE:  One turtle found on the golf course shortly after hurricane Ivan and thus so named.  Ivan made the move from Florida to the Golfing Goat Farm with the rest of the family in January 2006.

Here are a few pictures of our critters.
